Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery is as per the order. We are working one expanding our area, however these changes would be updated on website.

Delivery can be opted within range of 6 miles from Pick Up locations for orders below £40, with additional delivery charge. Customer has to be available in specified delivery slot, if not order need to be collected on same or next day. Perishable food cost cannot be returned if order is not collected or received on time and Zingox foods UK cannot return the funds back in some situation.

Note: Date is always estimate. We or any other provider cannot guarantee exact date as there are uncertainties especially with mango shipments.

If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to collect your order at the designated delivery time or from our service point on the same day, or if the delivery was rescheduled Zingox will not be held responsible for any losses or issues related to your order.


If you are staying in Flats, you need to come to the main door to collect the delivery, unless you are self isolating.

Vegetable and Grocery Delivery and Collection 

1. There are no collection charges for any orders.

2. Minimum order value for collection and delivery is £10.

3. Our Delivery Charges are as follows:(Slough/Hounslow/West drayton/Reading/Croydon/Harrow/Woking).

Mangoes Delivery and Collection

1. Alphonso , Badami and Kesar Mangoes are available to collect from all our collection points. Collection is free of cost.


2. Alphonso , Badami and Kesar Mangoes can be delivered along with your vegetables/grocery order. However mango price in the order is not considered towards the free shipping calculation.** 

This means if the order apart from Mangoes is £30 or higher then we can ship mangoes with no additional shipping cost in local delivery areas.

3. If you need only Alphonso , Badami and Kesar Mangoes to be delivered without any vegetables/grocery items then £3 delivery charge is applied. This is applicable to below areas only.

4. If you need only Alphonso , Badami and Kesar Mangoes to be delivered without any vegetables/grocery items and without any delivery charges, then minimum order price should be £50 and above.
