Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery are as per the order. We are working one expanding our area, however these changes would be updated on website.

Handling time (days): 1-2 Days
Transit time (days): 1-2 Days

Customer has to be available in specified delivery slot, if not order need to be picked on the same day. Perishable food cost cannot be returned if order is not collected or received on time and Zingox foods UK cannot return the funds back in some situation.

Note: Date is always estimated. We or any other provider cannot guarantee exact date as there are uncertainties especially with mango shipments.Slots are indicative and might vary due to external factors. 

If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to collect your order at the designated delivery time or from our service point on the same day, or if the delivery was rescheduled Zingox will not be held responsible for any losses or issues related to your order.

Mangoes Delivery 

If you have mangoes in your order, the selected shipping date might change as per availability of the mangoes. Sometimes mango shipments are offloaded or get stuck in clearance and we do not get the required stock. We apologise in advance for these unforeseen circumstances.

    • Orders above 27KG and order value less than £50 will be rejected
